The Quinta do Piloto estate lives in complete harmony on one of Palmela’s highest peaks.
This estate is now run by the 4th generation of the Cardoso family.
A few months ago, we were lucky enough to visit the estate, and one of the things we immediately loved was how friendly the producer Filipe Cardoso is. In 2008, he made the family’s old dream of bottling its wines come true (a dream over one hundred years old!).
We tasted 12 different wines during our visit (if we’re not forgetting any). Among them was this Cabernet Sauvignon that is to cry for.

The wine’s intensity has stayed with us and allows us to speak of it as if we have just tasted it, even though a few months have passed since we did.

Its colour is, on its own, a wonder of being admired.
Then comes the flavour. It will be difficult to forget during the weeks following the moment you try it. In other words, this wine possesses all the characteristics that make it a true marvel and a veritable carousel for the senses.
