Liability
Wome excludes any guarantee and all responsibility for the inconveniences or losses inherent to internet use, particularly service rupture, exterior intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any case of force majeure so classified by court jurisprudence, up to the limit permitted by applicable law.
Personal Data Usage
By sharing your personal information voluntarily, it will only be accessed by our services. The Client authorises Wome to treat personal data provided in the purchase order, and, in particular, by cookie usage, through an automated process.
Personal information refers to any information that might be used to identify a user as, for example, name, e-mail, title, birthdate, gender, profession, personal interests and others needed for us to provide the requested service or even improve this site’s functionality.
The supplied data will not be transferred to third parties without prior consent, but may be used within Wome or by another company acting as Wome’s agent for mail processing purposes.
Information Update
If, at any moment, you wish to interrupt the reception of e-mails or any other communication we maintain with you, or if you have sent identifiable information through our site and wish for that information to be deleted, please notify us at wome@wome.pt. Updating, correcting or changing your data is also possible via the same process.

The material present on this Site, in text or image form, is proprietary to Wome or third parties; its usage is done so with the authorisation of its authors. Non-authorised usage constitutes a crime punishable by law.

Total Agreement
This Privacy Policy constitutes total agreement between parties.
In the case that one of the clauses in the present contract is declared null or void of legal standing, it will not cease to be valid in virtue of legislative or normative alterations or by a court sentence.
Wome reserves the right to alter the Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Portuguese law applies to the conditions in the present contract. In case of litigation or lack of agreement between parties, jurisdiction will be submitted to Portuguese court, regardless of the plurality of defendants and/or whatever the type of procedure.
In case of litigation, the consumer, under Law No. 144/2015, may also appeal to a Consumer Litigation Alternative Resolution Entity: National Consumer Conflict Information and Arbitration Centre (www.arbitragemdeconsumo.org).
